Help and support - Live Link

Live Link is a useful way for us to send you important information that is relevant to your company. Information is sent to you through the Internet, so if you do not have an Internet connection, you do not receive information via the Live Link.

The Live Link window can be accessed from any module by clicking the Live Link mail icon in the top right-hand corner. The number of unread messages are displayed in brackets.

Three different message types are available through the Live Link:


Saving and deleting messages

To Save or Delete a message, select the check box to the left of the message or open the message > click Save or Delete as required.

Any changes made in this area are user and company specific, so if you Save a message in one company, it isn't automatically saved in another company or for a different user.

Saved messages are held in the Saved tab, deleted messages are permanently removed from the list and cannot be retrieved.

Settings

To opt in or out of Sage News messages, from the Live Link window, click Settings > select or clear the check box > OK.
